2019 KX450F
Championship Winning Performance
2019 KX450, light & faster 450cc motocrosser
To maintain its edge in this fiercely competitive class, the 2019 KX450 benefits from a new engine mounted in its leanest chassis to date, enabling it to turn even quicker lap times, and make it the most powerful machine in the paddock. Complementing its already high performance, a number of new features – including finger-follower valve actuation, electric start and a hydraulic clutch, which are all firsts for a Kawasaki motocrosser – further elevate its race-winning potential.
Designed with mid-level to expert riders in mind, the KX450 motorcycle has always been built with one goal in mind: to put riders on the top step of the podium. And for over 40 years KX brand motocrossers have been extremely successful at doing just that.
EVEN MORE POWERFUL ENGINE
The new engine boasts an increase in peak power of approximately 2.5 kW (3.4 PS), while a flatter torque curve makes it easier to get on the gas. Finger-follower valve actuation (a valve train designed by Kawasaki’s MotoGP & World Superbike engineers) enables larger diameter valves and more aggressive cams. Downdraft style intake and reduced friction loss (care of new plain bearings for the connecting rod big-end) further contribute to the power gains. Being able to restart an engine quickly after a spill can mean the difference between keeping your lead, or having to fight your way back through the pack. Kawasaki’s first electric start on a motocrosser makes restarting the engine as easy as pushing a button. The electric starter is powered by a lightweight lithium ion battery.

2019 KX250F
LIGHT AND FASTER 250CC MOTOCROSSER
The KX design philosophy – to put mid-level to expert riders on the top step of the podium – has not changed since the brand was launched over 40 years ago. The KX250 has a history of winning: in the extremely competitive 4-stroke 250cc class it is the racer with the most AMA Supercross and Motocross titles. Adding to its highly acclaimed engine and chassis performance, numerous industry firsts and advanced technology, the 2019 model offers a powerful engine, a light chassis, and matched with the slim ergonomics, making the 2019 model the most competitive KX250 yet.
ADVANCED SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY
SEPARATE FUNCTION FRONT FORK (SFF) TYPE 2
The KX250 was the first mass-production motocrosser to feature Showa’s Separate Function front Fork (SFF), which separates damping and shock absorption duties:
Left fork tube: damping assembly
Right fork tube: spring
The configuration offers both smooth action and firm damping performance – a combination difficult to achieve with a conventional fork.
Using large ph48 mm inner tubes contributes to greater fork rigidity, resulting in a more planted feel from the front wheel.
With only one spring, the friction generated between the spring(s) and fork inner tube(s) is greatly reduced (approximately 25% less), resulting in extremely smooth action throughout the fork stroke.
Being able to use larger damper pistons not only enables smoother action, it also makes firm damping performance possible.

2019 KX85-II
The Bike that Builds Champions
From their first ride to lifting the trophy, legends choose KX – Created to dominate and built for winners, the KX65 and new KX85 are competition ready machines designed to encourage the green shoots of youth talent allowing it to blossom into full-blown race wins and Championship success.
Competitive, motocross race bikes that are the choice of the Kawasaki KX Junior Squad.
POWERFUL 2-STROKE
A low-friction piston, latest design KIPS valve and numerous other updates give these liquid-cooled, 2-stroke racing engines increased power and torque across the rev range.
6 POSITION HANDLEBAR
A choice of six positions allows riders to fit the bike to their own riding position. Mounting brackets feature 2-position forward-backward adjustment while optional spacers allow 3-positions of height adjustment.

2019 KX85
KX – THE BIKE THAT BUILDS CHAMPIONS
The 2019 KX85 is here and ready to continue the revolution. Kawasaki engineers have gone all-out to ensure the KX85 has what it takes to stamp its dominance on the Junior MX circuit.
With a high performance engine and race ready suspension, adjustable handlebar positioning and slim bodywork, the 2019 KX85 is the bike to beat.
KX DNA
Styled after the full-size KX250/KX450 models, the KX85 features sleek, aggressive bodywork designed for stunning, aggressive looks. Its streamlined shape takes the ease of rider movement and weight positioning to a whole new level. Factory style graphics complement the sharp high performance design.
FRONT AND REAR PETAL DISC BRAKES
For the ultimate in style, the KX85 features petal shaped discs just like the full size KX250 and KX450 models. A 220mm disc at the front and 184mm at the rear provide massive stopping power.

2018 KX65
KX – THE BIKE THAT BUILDS CHAMPIONS
For more than 30 years, Kawasaki’s smallest KX motocross bike has played a key role in the sport of motocross, providing a race-winning platform on which countless national and world champions have begun the journey to superstardom.
Today, Kawasaki’s KX65 maintains the same successful attributes, including a powerful and reliable two-stroke engine, lightweight chassis, disc brakes and long travel suspension. Its reputation as the quintessential learning tool for young racers taking their first steps into the world of competitive riding is well deserved.
64CC TWO-STROKE ENGINE
Built for competion and to put them out the front of the pack. Easy, competitive operation to assist in building motocross riding skills.
Digital ignition offers ideal timing for optimal throttle response throughout the rev range. Ignition rotor features rare-earth magnets, making it smaller, lighter and more durable. Its low inertial moment improves low-rpm response. High capacity ignition coil delivers a higher secondary voltage for a hotter spark, and the punchier response improves acceleration. Connecting rod big-end bearing features a cage for added durability. Primary gear is secured using a lock-nut to help reduce mechanical noise. The oil seal of the left crankcase has a stopper for increased engine reliability. Metafoam gaskets are used for the generator cover, water pump cover and water pump elbow for improved sealing.
Silver clutch and ignition covers resist the signs of boot rub to help keep the KX looking fresh for longer
